I served as Lead Web Designer and Team Lead for The Baldwin Group, Inc. on contract at the NOAA Coastal Services Center.

As Lead Web Designer, I was responsible for the user interface and aesthetic design of all websites and web applications developed at the Coastal Services Center.

As Team Lead, my responsibilities included working with project teams in scoping development projects, monitoring status of ongoing projects, and working with the teams and management to resolve any issues that may arise.

I served as a web developer on contract for the County of Charleston, SC. During my time with the County, I developed and implemented a complete redesign of the County's primary website. I also maintained both Internet and intranet sites for multiple County departments, and assisted in maintenance of the County's web servers.
