Robb Paltz has focused his career on the real estate aspect of the financial industry. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1999. As an Analyst for the firm's Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group, Mr. Paltz advised on real estate company leveraged buyouts as well as merger and acquisition transactions.

In 2001, Robb Paltz joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. Working as a consultant, he offered advisory services on underwriting loans for acquiring, securitizing, and providing financial due diligence for real estate.
