At this Design Week Top 50 agency, I helped introduce a range of user-centred design techniques into the design/development process. This new focus on the experience of the end-users helped transform the agency’s Digital Department’s output.
My work included user/stakeholder interviews, wireframing, card sorting, site mapping and heuristic evaluations, along with the front-end and back-end development of top quality websites and ecommerce solutions for household names such as TfL, John Lewis, Samsung, Zoggs, and A1GP.
